These jars of random, colourful buttons remind me of my grandmother who passed away 13 years ago. She had a similar collection.

Wow. my grandmother also has a massive collection of beautiful buttons that she has promised to me. she made that promise long ago and always think of her when i see jars of buttons as well.

It’s amazing how collections like that can remind you so much of a person. There are certain things I remember my grandmother kept around the house and every time I see them in a store, I think of her.
