Charming Alexa Chung

Alexa Chung is one of THE most admired fashion icons of these past years, and with reason! This lovely Brit’s style is so striking that even Mulberry is impressed, naming their Alexa bag after her.

Chung’s style is quirky and cute. I love the slightly punk-rock leanings in her style, the old t-shirts and messy hair.  At the same time, she wears couture pieces with absolute ease.  Here are some of my favourite Alexa looks.

Not just the domain of private I’s,  the timeless trench coat continues to be a staple element in any fashionista’s closet. Love these variations, from long to short and from white to suede.

A new clothing store in Toronto, Tabula Rasa, features some stylish yet simple pieces that are new, vintage or reworked. Their online lookbook consists of a mix of playful and grown-up looks. Love the styles and hope to visit the store in person someday.

Feasting My Eyes On…

At the moment, I am totally loving  spring flowers,

silk scarves,

this girl’s haircut,

cute restaurant menus,

‘smores cookies,

cage-like tables,

Ork’s’ new Toronto print (still waiting for Montreal),

origami flower arrangements,

and chandeliers in bedrooms.
